Equipment Introduction:

Process Principle:

Livestock and poultry manure added to the fermentation equipment in the closed warehouse, through intelligent microorganisms aerobic fermentation at h‹gh temperature, rapid degradation of manure odor and harmful substances, transformed inta soil-friendly organic matter. The temperature during the fermentation process can reach 65-75°C, which can ePectively kill insect eggs and pathogenic bacteria, and achieve the ePect of harmless treatment. The high quality organic fertilizer produced after fermentation and maturation reaches the quality standard of organic fertilizer NY52S-2021. The equipment realizes elective energy saving of 4096 through the four major energy-saving technologies of the three instrument fermenter, which is in the leading position among the similar products.
